How the EPSolutely and HIRSCH recycling service works
1. How can I order new recycling bags?
New recycling bags can easily be ordered online here.
2. What requirements must the EPS offcuts meet?
The EPS offcuts must be clean and free from contaminants such as glue, metal, or other materials in order to be recycled.
3. Can old EPS from renovations also be recycled?
No, old EPS from demolition or renovation projects cannot be recycled due to possible contamination and should be disposed of accordingly.
4. How does the collection work?
Once you have filled at least 10 bags, you can request a collection via the QR code on the bags or here. If you have fewer than 10 bags, the offcuts can either be collected until the minimum quantity is reached, or you can bring them yourself to a participating production plant.
5. How long does it take for the bags to be collected?
After requesting the collection, the bags are usually picked up within a few working days, depending on your location and the current workload of the collection service.
